Whether you are at our flagship UK restaurant in central London, collecting Jolly Spaghetti at our first US drive-thru in New Jersey, dropping in for some much-craved Chickenjoy in Dubai Mall or picking up our Yumburger at one of our original restaurants in Metro Manila
- you’ll soon see that the spirit of fun and family runs through our entire team. We put in the care and attention to ensuring each of our guests have a great experience and delicious food, but it all starts with having the right people in the right place with the right attitude.

**That’s** where you come in**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute the marketing plans
- Oversee the Product Work Group and enable the delivery of its workplan to facilitate the product development process
- Collaborate with 3rd-party Creative Agencies to facilitate the development and roll out of Integrated Marketing Communication Plans.
- Establish best-practice systems and processes to enable operational excellence in the marketing team.
- Once you're shortlisted
- we'll send over a pack detailing the key expectations of the role and what your responsibilities entail.

But in a nut-shell, this is what we'll need:
Developing Marketing Strategy: Has the ability to develop both digital and traditional integrated marketing strategies that lead to transformational results

Problem Solving and Data Analysis: Identifies problems, involves others in seeking solutions and conducts appropriate analyses, searches for best solutions; responds quickly to new challenges.

Drive, Resilience and Enthusiasm: Focused upon results; remains positive and retains forward momentum, even in tough times. Hard working and committed.

Communication: Actively listens. Adapts their oral and written communications to audience and fosters clear and effective communication with others. Is able to build relationships and interact effectively across functions, seniority levels and cultures with confidence.

Leadership: Has the ability to inspire others, establish goals and motivate people to work together to achieve this. Takes control of situations and events, manages, coaches and influences others to help them achieve desired outcomes, listens objectively and empathetically and sees the bigger picture.

You'll also need:

In exchange, we're happy to invest in your development, you'll be working closely alongside our awesome team, you'll be invited to join us for summit meetings which may involve international travel and we're happy with a hybrid working set up (you'll be needed to come to our London office 2-3 days per week).
