**Liberty HR Recruitment** is excited to be working exclusively with a world class provider in the search for a **People and Culture Partner** to join them. You will partner managers in the business, coaching and supporting them on the whole HR spectrum, including; employee engagement, workforce planning, ER, people development and culture change.

You will be responsible for allocated business areas and be fundamental in providing solutions and creating positive working relationships with stakeholders.

As a complete HR generalist, you will come with solid and sound experience in all HR matters, providing first class advice in relation to all people matters and contribute to the strategic plans for the organisation.

**As a person, you will;**
- Be at least CIPD Level 5 qualified or have relevant experience
- Have sound knowledge of employment law and practice and reviewing policies
- Possess excellent working IT knowledge including Word & Excel
- Be a strong team player and have positive communication skills
- Have exceptional attention to detail and can multi-task effectively
- Be able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment

This is a full-time, permanent position and our client is offering a salary between £34k - £37k DOE, plus some fantastic benefits including; Health cash plan, great pension, free parking, 30 days holiday, plus BH and a free onsite gym

Predominately office based with the odd day able to work from home.
