**The Role**: Service Administrator
Our client are currently looking for a detail-oriented Service Administrator to provide administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations.
**Job Requirements**
- To assist with the office administrative duties and to provide an efficient and effective co-ordination service in accordance with company policies and procedures, and statutory requirements including Health & Safety.
- Applicants for the job should possess excellent spoken and written communications skills and be highly organised.
- They also need to have strong computer skills, in particular Microsoft Office and preferably experience with Syrinx Point of Rental or similar.
- Good interpersonal skills are essential as well as the ability to work on their own initiative.
**Tasks of the role will include but are not limited to**:
- General office administration duties
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Assisting the operations department with scheduling of projects
- Maintenance of project-based management systems
- Assisting with the management of company's own fleet of rental machines
- Organising travel and accommodation for the operations team
- Collating and producing electronic timesheets
**Skills / Experience Required**
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Syrinx Point Of Rental experience preferred
- Detail oriented and works with a high degree of accuracy
- Ability to manage pressure, conflicting demands, prioritise tasks & workload
- Good communication & written skills
- Value the importance of working in a team
- Demonstrate self-initiative and self-sufficiency
**The Package**
- Salary - £20,000 - £23,000
- Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Holiday accrual
