Essex Bulk Services Ltd (EBS) are a family run business and has over 10 years of experience in the haulage industry.
We are looking for a HR Administrator to join our busy team.
Main Duties include:
- Be first point of contact for HR enquiries
- Assisting the HR Manager in all aspects of HR
- Manage company social media and communications
- Configure employee IT equipment
- Develop as a system superuser to explain employee apps and give user support
- Handling correspondence responding and escalating as appropriate
- Administrate onboarding and leaver process
- Support all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Preparing contracts and documents
- Managing holiday requests inputting on holiday booking system
- Ensure HR database and employee records are accurately maintained
- Training administration
- Compiling and sharing reports
- Scheduling interviews
- Data entry
- General administration
**Requirements**:
- Interest in Human Resources
- Flexible approach and team spirit essential
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritise
Preferred
- CIPD Level 3
- Knowledge of transport industry and regulations
