This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a hybrid background of HR, legal, compliance and Business Operations to really take the lead role in these areas of a small and growing 75 person organisation.

Reporting to the CEO, it is a role you will be driving the HR Agenda, best practice, engagement, performance and getting the best out of those around you as you influence and drive the culture of high performance forward whilst overseeing best practice andsupporting the CEO very closely

Having a quite new team the need to be onsite daily to direct and inspire is key, so this role requires presence in the office 5 days a week

**DUTIES**:
**HR Management;**
- Includes managing a team of 2 HR Admin
- The full employee lifecycle from working with the recruiter, to onboarding and developing
- Employee engagement, supporting and coaching the 5 key stakeholders (Managers) in the business
- Policy, processes, appraisals and all employment law including performance management

**Compliance / Legal Management;**
- Overseeing the final sign off of contracts, compliance, audits and documentation
- Working closely with the Compliance Manager and external legal advisors when necessary
- Making sure all policy are legally compliant, you will be happy to look over documents and identify areas to amend if necessary
- Working closely with the CEO to report on compliance for the business and oversee any service agreements for sign off

**Business Operations**:

- Create a business strategy and oversee the delivery
- Monitor company KPIs and achievement
- Work closely with the CFO, and CEO and make sure all teams are collaborating and delivering to the business
- Implement initiatives and work closely with the SLT to ensure implementation.

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- You will have a mixture of HR / Legal / Compliance and ideally Business operations background.
- As a strong leader you will be able to manage teams and implement company-wide initiatives
- A qualification in HR and Law is highly desirable.
- You will have experience in a small organisation and be able to present ideas to the CEO and CFO
- Experience of delivering a growth and productivity strategy is highly desirable.
- This role is open from any sector background, but you will have experience in a fast paced and ideally sales and service focused organisation
- You will be happy to be in the office 5 days a week
