**Duties for this Product Administrator include**:
- Assisting the product and operations teams with administration duties
- Setting up new product information on internal and external systems
- Being the product sample guardian, having ownership of samples within the business
- Booking couriers and sample shipments to customers as required
- Supporting the team in organising trade shows and marketing activity
- Covering the reception when extra cover is required
- Administration support to the wider business
**The ideal Product Administrator will have**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in administration or customer service in an office environment
- First-rate organisation skills and an excellent multi-tasker
- Numerate with excellent attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A great communicator with a personable approach and an excellent telephone manner
- Confident with MS Office software including excel
- Flexible and proactive with a 'can do’ attitude, keen to join a creative business and grow within the role and company
