Jobstore are looking for HGV Shunter Drivers / Manufacturing in the Stoke area to work with a growing client.

**Working on the manufacturing plant, duties can include the following**:

- Shunting: Drive tankers on site with new tractor units, off-loading, wash tankers in preparation for loading, flush vehicle pumps, take samples to be tested, daily tanker checks to ensure vehicle is safe to use,
- Complete daily housekeeping checks.
- Bulk Loading: Connecting tanks to a pigging line system in order to take the oil to the tanker loading arms, ensure the correct product is loaded in the correct pots, ensure correct quantities are loaded.
- Blending: Working on the manufacturing plant, charging additives into manufacturing vessels, taking samples, flushing manufacturing vessels, fetching additives from the raw material warehouse, completing daily housekeeping checks.
- Ideally with previous batch process manufacturing or blending experience.
- Flexible working attitude, working a 3-shift system and flexible to work overtime if required.
- Hold an in-date, external counterbalance forklift licence advantageous but not essential.
- Able to work as part of a team essential.
- Please note the role requires some working at heights and carrying out duties outdoors.
