**Job Overview**:
You will be integral in the rapid growth of our award-winning consultancy - from the co-ordination and attendance of careers fairs to the organisation and running of our newly designed graduate program, along with other career initiatives. This role willsuit an organised, creative, and personable individual who thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Attend university and other relevant recruitment fairs as an advocate for Clevertouch
- Manage, support & develop our existing, growing graduate program
- Source and manage the placement student recruitment process
- Work closely with and support the Talent & Resourcing Manager when required, to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Manage & prioritise a varied workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Develop, build & maintain relationships with external careers contacts (eg. Lecturers and Careers Officers) & hiring managers
- Market, advertise and promote Clevertouch opportunities on social media platforms
- Provide weekly updates & reports to the Talent & Resourcing Manager and Employee & Engagement Manager
- Continue to research & drive new career initiatives
- Support team members with other office duties when required (eg. FOH & Induction program)
- Work closely with Marketing and the Talent & Resourcing Manager to ensure all careers material is up to date, relevant and on brand
- Drive and administer the co-ordination of a wide range of internal & external activities to promote and raise the profile of Clevertouch
- Maintain regular, consistent & professional attendance
- Pursue personal development of skills & knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role

**Skills & Qualities required**:

- Good communication skills, both written & verbal
- Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to seek solutions
- A strong working knowledge of social media platforms
- Self-motivated and use own initiative when necessary
- The ability to demonstrate flexibility when required
- The ability to demonstrate & show an understanding of recruitment & co-ordination of careers events and graduate programs, ideally within the higher education sector
- Own transport is necessary for the attendance of careers fairs
