We have an opportunity for an experienced FM Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of Mobile Engineers by delivering excellence and first class sustainable hard M&E maintenance, projects, quoted works, coupled with process compliance and provide leadership and supervision for our client, JLLe, covering the Midlands / South West.

Key Accountabilities will include.

Supervision and development of multi-trade engineers delivering hard M&E services, delivering compliance and Wates Operating Framework. Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E/Fabric Projects. Working with the Resource Scheduler to ensure efficient use of resource and management of reactive and quoted works

Working supervisor covering for engineers’ holidays on resident sites and recovery of time through costed supervision, second man works and permit issuing seeking to self-deliver service lines where possible

Implementation of the Operating Framework across all sites ensuring daily compliance with regular auditing to monitor and continually drive standards. Drive the Zero Harm agenda supporting and developing H&S behaviours

Preparation and presentation of MI reports to clients at regular KPI meetings. Key stakeholder management and delivery of high standards of client satisfaction.

We are looking for you to be skilled in delivering high quality hard M&E services in a customer focused environment and hold the relevant up to date qualifications for your trade. You will have successfully managed multiple projects and priorities and be hands on at times with regards to day-to-day maintenance and office issues. IOSH or NEBOSH certificate and additional health and safety training would be desirable.

To be successful in the role you will have managed sub-contractors and suppliers, be able to produce extra works quotations, generate engineering reports and always deliver a high standard of work. As well as being organised and flexible, you will also be excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
