Fareham, United Kingdom Specsavers Full time

**Client Partner**

For over three decades our purpose hasn’t changed: we are here to make a positive difference in the lives of all. Through the exceptional products, services, and value we offer, we are proud of how far we’ve come as a business, now we want to see you grow with us.

As Client Partner, you will make a positive difference in the work and lives of our marketing department colleagues, through driving best-in-class collaboration across strategy, and creative and client partnership. You will be coordinating multi-discipline campaigns across multi-stakeholder groups, responsible for initiating and driving work streams through the agency from brief initiation to delivery.

By driving your workstreams efficiently & effectively, creating an environment for positive collaboration. You will be the bridge between two critical Specsavers departments, owning the end-to-end delivery of the creative work. You will work with specialist disciplines across the marketing team (strategy, creative, production, digital/development) and our partner agencies (e.g. media, PR, Social Media) and construct campaigns that are aligned to campaign objectives, ensuring on-time delivery of agreed assets/media plan.

You are expected to build strong collaborative relationships with your counterparts and be the glue that pulls the team/s together, both internally and externally. You will be the primary driver of your assigned workstreams, supported by your Lead Client Partner.

In addition, you will:

- **
Stakeholder Management** - You are responsible for pro-actively developing collaborative, trusted working relationships with all key stakeholders (internally and externally).
- **Briefing & initiation** - Setting up the best conditions for a project briefing. Considering timing, stakeholders, setting, and supporting resources.
- **Driving the work** - You are the glue that brings the core project team together, sets out responsibilities and ways of working, and drives the stages of the project, garnering inputs from the wider team as to the best approach.
- **Quality Control** - Responsible for reviewing and assessing the work at all stages with the core team and relevant stakeholders, to ensure the work remains on brief, on brand, and to appropriate quality standards.
- ** Communication** - A key element of the role is ensuring there is clear communication and understanding between all parties/stakeholders.
- ** Organisation** - All projects should be planned and managed in an organised manner with clear visibility. It is your responsibility in partnership with the Producer to ensure the project always remains organised and in control.
- ** Escalation** - As the primary driver of the work, and representative of the client’s business within the agency, you are responsible for care-taking its path and so if at any stage concerns are raised around the project direction, quality, or team resources it is your job to escalate to the necessary representatives.

**The Experience**

**It will be essential that you will have the following experience**:

- Experience in a similar role/capacity
- You’re a proactive, energetic operator who strives to find the best possible solutions to the client’s briefs/problems.
- You’ll have a never say ‘can’t attitude.
- You’ll inspire your wider team to have the same outlook helping them shape the plan, instinctively knowing when to intervene and when to let them lead.
- You support your team to get the best possible results and are a driving force in delivering great work.

**What we do for you**

We offer a competitive salary and an excellent bonus plan - you will be entitled to two bonuses - one based on your performance which is paid quarterly and a company bonus that is based on the performance of the business. You’ll be provided with private healthcare and dental cover for yourself, and be entitled to permanent health insurance and life assurance, in addition to a generous pension.

Our people’s ambition is to be the place we are all proud to belong. We want all our colleagues to feel listened to, included, valued, and motivated. To help start us on this journey networks and communities are being established by our colleagues across Specsavers so far, we have PRISM which represents our LGBTQ+ community, MenoTalk to help support and drive our menopause in the workplace agenda and Empowered Together, our women's network that is in place to rally for women's equality in and out of work and help instil confidence in women and EmbRACE to provide a voice for minority ethnic colleagues, as well as raise awareness of why it’s important to have a diversity of thought in the workplace and promote racial equality.

**Happy to talk about flexible working.
