Fareham Support Worker Learning Disabilities Full time Permanent
**Your new role**As a Support Worker, you will support people with Autism or learning disabilities where no day is the same. Some of the people you support may have complex needs and communicate through their behaviours which will require you to be empathic, willing to learn,creative, and patient.
**What you'll need to succeed**:

- 6 months experience of working with young people/adults with disabilities and complex health need.
- NVQ/RQF level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is also desirable, but not essential as the Company will support you in achieving the qualifications expected for these roles.
- Driving license desirable but not essential.

**What you'll get in return**:
