In this role you'll be responsible for providing effective management accounting service to this international business. You will also ensure the completeness and accuracy of the company's management accounts and provide timely information to the business.Key responsibilities in this role includes:
- An Integral part of the monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables such as journal entries, reconciliations, reporting in compliance with IFRS
- Commitment to continuously improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process
- Assist in the monthly revenue entries, invoicing, cash collections and payables
- Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities
- Process and code invoices and expense reports in multiple currencies
- Perform purchase order matching with vendor bills to ensure accuracy of GL coding
- Working experience with Microsoft Dynamics is highly beneficial
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of the reporting systems
- Work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, procedures, and controls. Additionally, be able to provide support on special requests/projects
Our client is seeking a qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA). Previous experience of having full ownership of accounts is also required. You will be comfortable interacting with people at all levels in the business, with an ability to provide insight to non-financemembers of staff on an international scale. You will also possess a good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including a high level of Excel knowledge.
