Elite Facades are currently recruiting for an experienced Program Coordinator. The Program Coordinator will be a dedicated member of the Project team, reporting to the Operations Director and adhering to procedures, focused on producing the best quality service, being highly productive and mindful of costs.

The Program Coordinator executes job plans by coordinating and scheduling assignments, coordinating the design, procurement, materials, Project delivery and logistics with our team members, partners, and customers to complete projects on time and within budget. The Program Coordinator acts as the single point of contact for the Operations Director, in order to plan operations on fixed bid projects, whilst preparing and submitting status reports and project deliverables.

**Responsibilities as Program Coordinator include**:

- Coordination for large facades oriented commercial works.
- Interfacing with our in house team, site management and our Projects Director and customer representatives.
- Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates, continually update database to track jobs, other duties as assigned.

**Skills & Experience required**:
One-year proven experience in planning role, proven experience of working within a full project life cycle, a good understanding of project governance and control, excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems, primavera or similar, we also use Procore systems management software.

Complex problem-solving and analytical skills able to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion with high attention to detail. Exceptional ability to analyse data and utilise it to advise the Operations Director for sound business decisions.
Conflict management and resolution skills - build consensus, anticipate and solve problems with the ability to organize and manage multiple, and at time competing priorities.

Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret policies in situations requiring persuasion and prepare and present presentations with the ability to work within a dynamic team setting

**Salary**: £60,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
