**Materials Planner**

You could be working for a growing professional SME engineering company that are renowned for their good treatment of staff. Working within a small yet friendly team you could be juggling multiple production schedules whilst ensuring each production line hasthe correct materials

**What will I be doing?**
As the successful Materials Planner, you will be working within a fantastic planning team where everyone pulls their weight to manage new and existing orders. Supporting the resource planning from inception through to completion you will be liaising with internaldepartments and external suppliers to ensure a timely and cost-effective production is executed. Using the companies in house systems and utilising all resources, you will schedule incoming materials to ensure there is a constant flow which will help towardsthe completion of production.

**What do I need?**
If you have experience of various MRP or ERP Systems then great as the training given on the companies material resource planning platform will come naturally to you. Any experience with SAP or Syspro will be beneficial as this will help with your daily planning.If you have a strong understanding of machining processes and the confidence to liaise with internal department heads then this will help you with the material planning whilst having full knowledge of the materials you are organising.
