We are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially focused and highly motivated E-commerce Trading Executive with previous experience in a similar position, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**The Role**

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day trading of the Derek Rose website. Working with the Ecommerce Content Executive to develop and implement strategies that deliver against our growth ambitions. The Ecommerce Trading Executive will play a key role in ensuring our website is well-maintained, always ensuring we follow digital best practices.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Work alongside the Ecommerce Content Executive to achieve website KPIs.
- Manage the monitoring and reporting of trading performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Work closely with the Merchandising team to ensure trading activity is supported by appropriate stock availability.
- Utilise data and analytics to drive category performance and product sell through.
- Input into the onsite merchandising and search to ensure maximum visibility of seasonal and core stock to drive sell-through.
- Coordinate the management of promotions and offers and assist with price changes.
- You will help to develop and support the Shopify website, site improvements and app integrations, whilst helping to deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
- Undertake competitor research to improve Derek Rose functionality.

Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required to support the E-Commerce team and contribute to the company's trading goals.

**Skills and Experience**
- 2 - 3 years proven experience in a similar ecommerce trading focused role
- Experience in ecommerce CMS, particularly with Shopify Plus
- Experience in analytical software including GA4
- Excellent level of competency with Excel
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate passion for the brand and an affinity for our mission and our values.
