We are looking for an **Ecommerce Trading Executive** to join their expanding online team as a Magento champion, supporting the ecommerce team by focusing on trading data and user experience.

key responsibilities
- Support the day to day running of global websites; driving onsite KPI's to deliver growth and sales revenue
- Set up and launch all campaigns and promotions online according to the trading calendar; ensure on site accuracy (pricing, seasonal campaigns and promotions)
- Review campaign outcomes and successes, understand key learnings and propose recommendations to shape future trading plans
- Monitor stock levels and availability of key promotions and collections, making recommendation for onsite adjustments to maximise sales
- Track product returns and feedback, identify opportunities to improve return rates
- Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Ensure the sites are optimised; carry out ad hoc testing across multiple browsers and devices to reduce errors, bugs and broken links
- Work with the Digital Marketing team to deliver best in class user experience (new ranges, promotions, marketing campaigns)
