Sterling FMS is a Facility Management Services business, delivering hard services through projects, PPM & reactive services nationwide. **Some of the main responsibilities will include**:
- Purchase order processing
Upload jobs onto CRM system and obtain completion certificates
**About you**
Some experience within an office environment would be preferable but is not essential.
- Good IT skills (competent with Microsoft Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills / ability to prioritise
- Good problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, with a confident and professional phone manner
- High level of accuracy and close attention to detail
- Self-motivated, organised, with a friendly and positive attitude
- Takes on responsibility and uses own initiative & also work well as part of close knit team
- Keen to develop new skills
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records of important information.**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including the use of Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with basic office procedures and equipment.
