An up and coming, modern and forward-thinking company based in Knaresborough are recruiting Impression is assisting our client, a specialist E-commerce business in their search for a **Office Administrator/ Receptionist**on a full time, permanent basis. In this newly created role, they are seeking a positive and proactive individual that can support the team to enable them to operate as efficiently as possible. Your role will be to support the team with any administrative duties, meet and greet visitorsacting as an ambassador for the brand, providing PA assistance to the MD and essentially being the vital cog in the company helping to keep operations running smoothly.
**As the successful Office Administrator/ Receptionist your duties will include**:
- Be the first point of contact for any queries
- Managing the reception area, including welcoming guests, visitors and contractors
- Handle all incoming/outgoing post and receiving deliveries, ensuring items are directed to the right team
- Maintain communal areas/ meeting rooms and ensure they are prepared as appropriate
- Overseeing aspects of the company diary, such as Christmas parties, company events and third-party visits
- Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
- Supporting the organisation of company events and overseeing third parties
- Ad hoc administration including filing, scanning, processing, placing orders to support internal teams
- Managing inventory/maintenance of office supplies, including stationery, cleaning supplies, consumables and office equipment
- Provide administrative support to the Managing Director
- Arranging accommodation, booking transport and supporting the expenses process - working closely with the finance team
- Supporting various departments when required with any ad hoc duties

- Ability to build positive relationships
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks according to importance
- Full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
To be successful in this Office Administrator/ Receptionist role you will be a highly organised individual with a strong attention to detail.
