Trainee Purchase Ledger Assistant

We are currently working on behalf of a national business who are urgently seeking a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their head office in Leeds on a permanent basis. Duties will include:
**Key Responsibilities**:
vInput purchase ledger invoices onto the accounting system
vHandling telephone calls and responding to any queries from suppliers in a timely fashion
vLiaising with internal networks to validate invoices
vPreparing and processing payment upon validation of invoices
Must have:
vExperience of a similar role and be able to demonstrate a understanding of the Purchase Ledger process
vDemonstrate a methodical and logical approach to your work and have confident time management skills
venthusiastic and committed individual with the ability to self-manage as well as being able to integrate into an established team
