**My client is looking for a IT Trainer with at least 1+ years experience within a law firm to join their team in London.**

Reporting to the IT Manager, the IT Trainer will work as part of the IT Service Delivery team and be responsible for training users on core systems through floor walking, desk side training, elearning and formal training sessions. The IT Trainer will beresponsible for production and maintenance of training materials and will take the lead in planning and executing training for major upgrade programmes.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct induction training for all members of staff.
- Floor-walk on a regular basis to provide "at desk" support, assistance and training so that colleagues can develop their skills
to be efficient and confident in their use of our IT systems.
- Deliver courses and refresher training on MS Office, iManage 10, Big Hand, 3E time recording, Intapp Open & Flow and other legal software.
- Design new training courses and prepare and maintain IT training material and documentation including "How To's" and Knowledge Based articles for the IT HelpDesk and support colleagues.
- Assist the IT Manager with additional responsibilities as requested including the support of on-going projects.
- Assist with the marketing/promotion of courses, scheduling delegates and monitoring attendance at courses.

The IT Trainer should be enthusiastic and determined to help all colleagues in the firm make full and effective use of our IT systems and be proactive in delivering training in ways that work for all colleagues.

- Windows 10
- MS Office 2016 to an advanced level
- iManage DMS & ShareFile
- Bighand Create
- Oyez Legal Forms
- Intapp Flow & Conflicts
- iPhones/iOS
- Elite 3E Practice Management System (PMS)
- VoIP telephony
