IT Trainer

A leading UK law firm with an impressive list of household name commercial clients are looking to recruit an IT Trainer to join the expanding team. Employees are able to do a mixture of both remote working and office based work. With a turnover of over £150mand holding the "Platinum Standard" Investors in People award, our client has an excellent reputation within the legal field.
Main responsibilities
Principal responsibilities
*Deliver 1-1 and group classroom IT training of our SharePoint online based document system and related systems.
*Create and maintain training materials to reflect system upgrades and changes.
*Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of training delivered.
*Maintain a comprehensive support knowledge base for use by business systems support services as well as providing self-serve help for the users.
*Assist in identifying future training needs within the business.
*Train the trainer.
*With the DMS operational team, identify system efficiency gains and deliver through training or communication.
*Communicate effectively acting as a key communicator with users, team members and the department.
Secondary Responsibilities
*Participate in department projects as and when required
Skills and qualifications
Qualifications and previous experience
A minimum of 3-4years professional experience in an IT/IS training role, including experience of training legal document management systems. Must be able to prioritise and work effectively under pressure.
Desired:
*Experience of working in the legal or professional service sector and training on legal document management systems.
*Confident in delivering in front of an audience.
*Confident in delivering virtually.
*Able to communicate with people at all levels within the organisation.
*Self-motivated, enthusiastic team plater with a proactive approach to their work.
*Up-to-date knowledge of latest training and development methods, processes, and systems.
Travel to other UK offices will be necessary on occasions and ability to work flexible or extended hours to complete some tasks outside of core business hours of 08:00 to 18:00 may be required.
