We’re looking for a Repair Co-ordinator to join our Score Group team based at our facility in Brighouse.

About the role.
Working in the production offices the repair co-ordinator will be responsible for the processing of all repair jobs throughout the department. They will also be involved with data gathering and reporting throughout the production and manufacturing process.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company policies, procedures, standards and work instructions
- Sending enquiries for price and delivery to suppliers
- Drafting Quotes for clients for all repair jobs processed through workshop
- Updating information in job files for all relevant information
- Liaising with Goods In / SQC departments to resolve all issues with product
- Carrying out review and approval of client purchase orders via the contract review procedure
- Creating and checking of supplier purchase requisitions and order acknowledgements
- Checking and updating of client status reports
- Liaise with workshop supervision on daily basis to discuss any issues
- Liaising with FP’s on daily basis on various issues / concerns
- Converting all repair jobs and updating records on company systems
- Updating repairs quoting registers
- Expediting of all repair jobs throughout each stage of the process (status 2, 3, 4, 5A’s, etc)
- Attending regular internal meetings as and when required
**Qualifications**
- HNC (or equivalent) in administrative or business discipline or significant experience within a similar role
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative position within a production/manufacturing environment is preferred
**Behaviors and skills**
- An effective communicator, particularly in producing written reports
- Ability to interpret work processes / job histories and make informed judgements
- Ability to work independently
