About this Role

You'll be at the heart of our fleet operations, keeping things running smoothly and ensuring compliance with all legal requirements. Collaborate with the Operations Manager, coordinate service bookings, and minimise asset downtime.

  • Manage incoming calls and provide professional, efficient service.
  • Communicate repair updates and compliance bookings.
  • Monitor and manage fleet compliance schedules.
  • Issue repair orders and control expenditure within agreed rates.
  • Handle warranty repairs and damage management.

About You

We're looking for someone proactive, adaptable, and customer-focused. If you've got a knack for problem-solving and keeping things organised, we want to hear from you.

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the fleet, asset, or rental industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
