An experienced Resin Floor Layer is needed to join the team at a leading provider of industrial flooring solutions based in Brighouse.

Established in 1986, this company has over 39 years of expertise in installing high-quality industrial flooring for a wide range of industrial and commercial workplaces. They are committed to following all FeRFA installation guidelines and delivering top-tier results for their nationwide client base.

As a Resin Floor Layer, you will work on projects across the UK, with regular overnight stays, and weekend or bank holiday work required. You will ideally live between Brighouse and Hull, preferably along the M62 corridor.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established team in a permanent position with attractive earnings, overtime opportunities, and funded training and development.

About the Role

You will be responsible for the preparation and installation of a variety of resin flooring systems and managing individual flooring installations to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to client sites to carry out works
  • Surface preparation
  • Installation of resin floor coatings, self-smoothing screeds, polyurethane screeds, epoxy quartz, and polymer-modified screeds
  • Organisation and management of a small warehouse
  • Ensuring health and safety compliance for yourself and others
  • Contributing to cost control and waste reduction
  • Representing and upholding the company's brand and reputation
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives for the business

Essential Attributes:

  • Strong numeracy skills for measuring and quantifying product consumption
  • Good literacy skills to interpret drawings, follow instructions, and report on completed works
  • Flexible and hardworking with a reliable approach to work
  • Confident in dealing with clients and addressing site issues

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 2 in a relevant field
  • Full clean driving licence
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • Full CV with two references
  • Passport or birth certificate
  • Proof of National Insurance number
  • Previous site experience
