Overview:
We are seeking a skilled HGV and Plant Mechanic/Fitter to join our team.. Individual would be required to undertake maintenance, repairs and regular checks on the company’s fleet made up of HGVs, Trailers, Cranes, Forklifts and passenger vehicles (vans/cars). Individual would also be responsible for preparing and delivering fleet vehicles for MOT and external servicing/repairs. Individual must also be able to maintain the workshop area and be able to identify and quote for repairs/maintenance to Third Party vehicles. **Duties**:

- Regular checks and maintenance of all fleet vehicles including servicing
- Preparing and delivering fleet vehicles for MOT
- General repairs to fleet vehicles
- Assessing and quoting for repairs to Third Party vehicles
- Attending breakdowns of fleet vehicles
- Maintenance of Workshop area and equipment

**Skills**:

- Fully Qualified as a vehicle Mechanic
- HGV driving licence qualification
- Experience with maintaining and repairing HGV and Plant Vehicles
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to maintain and repair equipment
- Familiarity with operating hand tools and power tools safely
- Strong organisational and methodical working skills
- Certified forklift operator preferred

Core Hours Monday-Friday 7:30am-16:30pm, with lunch break, operating on site in Great Yarmouth. Overtime hours available paid at additional hourly rate.

Company Van provided for use.

**Salary**: From £32,000.00 per year
