The successful applicant will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the team, overseeing the reception function, incoming and outgoing post, the generic in box as well as forwarding external calls when our new exciting digital telephone system is in place.

Your Role will include - Supporting The Operations Manager of The Specialist Complex Pathway Team along with other colleagues within the team with day-to-day tasks. The Team is a small team within an established system of teams.

Recruitment - starters and leavers, liaising with IT to set up and close accounts, keeping various spreadsheets up to date i.e., regarding starters & leavers, IT equipment stock, building and parking permits, IT equipment allocation & collection, Taking calls including other key administrative tasksTaking minutes for meetings, monitor actions trackers, participate in research and development activities.
