An exciting opportunity exists for a **Service Desk Team Lead** seeking a new challenge with an organisation who will value you and the work you do.
The main accountabilities of the role will be to lead and manage the Service Desk Team supporting the Service Desk Manager in day to day running of this busy department. You will ensure that the Service Desk works seamlessly with the IS team and support partnersto deliver excellent service and support to all users throughout the organisation.
You will have strong technical skills as follows to complement your management skills:
MS Windows 10/MS Office 2012-2019/Active Directory/Remote Working/Google Workspace
Experience of working to and meeting:
Service Level Agreements
Individual and Team Performance targets
An ITIL Certification or good working knowledge of ITIL
IP Telephony
ERP Systems (eg SAP)
This client offers flexible working from home and in the office. You will be required to work in the office at least 1-2 days per week and will receive the support required to provide effective services from home.
