**The Position**:
Preferably you will have some experience of working in a Technology market or at least an interest in this area but more importantly will have an ability to work in an extremely busy environment, and has a highly focused and process driven approach to yourwork.
There will be two key responsibilities to the role;
The first aspect of the role will be as Team Leader for the South Africa based members of the Technology Skills Fulfilment team (up to 8 members).
You will provide a single point of contact for management by acting as an escalation point for issues and questions from the team and provide 1-1 coaching and specialist training utilising your existing knowledge of recruitment and Technology.

Salary - £28,000pa - £35,000pa
- Ideally 3 years of experience as a Team Leader or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Experience with organising training programs

**The Responsibilities.**
- Setting key standards and objectives
- Leading & driving weekly objectives, targets and performance of the team
- Management of relationships with key customers, suppliers and contacts across the business
- Encourage collaboration across our recruitment brands
- Providing professional advice to your team
- Monitoring and managing performance, compliance and KPI's
- Providing coaching & training

Offering flexible, hybrid working.
