Sales Manager - Heat Pumps - South West of UK - £45K + Comm's + Car

**I am currently partnered with a leading European company that designs, manufactures and distributes systems for air conditioning and heating. The group company is based in Italy with the UK headquarters based in Portsmouth. They are currently seekingto hire Sales Manager for their Heat Pumps division to cover the South West of the UK.
**Your new role**Reporting to the senior sales manager, the role will be responsible for targeting consultants, planners, architects and investors to drive the sales process all the way to the contractor.
The Sales Manager will be responsible for:
- Execution of the product-market strategy
- To achieve the commercial objectives: profitable growth for heat pump sales
- Playing a key role in executing the commercial plan, translating it into account development plans and commercial action projects at target customer segments
- Becoming a trusted advisor and partner for consultants, planners, architects and investors
- Proactively seeking and realising new business opportunities
- Sharing key insights for both short
- and long-term commercial opportunities and challenges
- Pipeline management
- Utilising CRM as a tool to manage the commercial business. Keeping customer accounts updated, logging regular meetings for target accounts and sharing account development progress;
**What you'll need to succeed**The Sales Manager will be:
- Significant successful track record in technical solution selling in a corporate sales environment - current active selling experience is a must
- Business Development and commercial mindset, opening doors and create new opportunities. Focus on Create, qualify and develop phase in the funnel
- Broad experience with indoor climate solutions and residential heat pumps
- CRM and project sales proficiency
- Strong client facing skills - experienced in presenting, negotiation, preparing proposals, procurement
- Proven track-record of winning projects and understanding full project Scopes ability to sell integrated solutions and cross-sell other solutions
- Strong commercial excellence skills
- Knowledge of the UK climate solutions market opportunities and challenges
- A team player, motivator and excellent communicator with an entrepreneurial drive
- Strategic approach and the ability to challenge the status quo
