My client is a well-established manufacturing company who look after their staff and as such opportunities to work for them are few and far between. They now require an additional maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their existing team.
The role is Shift based 4 on 4 off.You will be working within a team of engineers and will be Reporting to the Maintenance Manager
Within the role you will be maintaining efficient operation of the process equipment.

Maintenance Engineer Main tasks and responsibilities:

- Use continuous improvement techniques and best practice to improve machine efficiencies.
- Deliver and develop effective reactive maintenance, repairs & improvements
- Use of and feedback on, appropriate spares required
- Provide correct and effective communication to all 'Stakeholders'
- Generate and complete work orders on the CMMS.
- Participate in shift hand-overs and production meetings
- Help develop and implement effective PM schedules
- Support and achieve the engineering KPI's

Maintenance Experience & Skills Required
- Electrically bias preferable
- Multi-skilled automation skills on process equipment or equivalent
- Excellent fault finding and root cause analysis skills
- Experience of working in a FMCG environment
- Comfortable in autonomous decision making and team working

Salary

£42500 + Excellent Benefits

This role is commutable from Trowbridge, Wincanton, Shepton Mallet, Devizes, Bath, Frome, Warminster, Chippenham, Westbury, Wells and surrounding areas
