- They are currently in a period of significant growth and investment, and are now looking to expand their team with a new **Maintenance Engineer**

**The role**:

- We are looking for a **Maintenance Engineer** to join our highly automated production site and dynamic Factory team
- Reporting into the Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for attending machine breakdowns efficiently and providing effective resolution measures
- You will deliver and develop both reactive and proactive maintenance and repairs, and ensure effective use of PM schedules through our CMMS
- As a **Maintenance Engineer** you will provide support to Packaging and Process teams, and provide shift cover where necessary
- You will use continuous improvement techniques to identify and implement best practice and improve machine efficiencies
- Multi-skilled with electrical qualifications and direct experience in a **Maintenance Engineer**role
- Experience working in a highly automated environment, preferably within FMCG
- Excellent fault-finding and route-cause analysis skills
- Highly organized and results-driven, with excellent communication skills
- Driven and willing to learn about new technologies thoroughly
- Desire to join a growing business and contribute to the success of our whole team

**Benefits & details**:

- Site-based at the Oldford factory, a modern state-of-the-art facility situated beautifully along the River Frome
- 'Pitman’ Shift Pattern - Slow rotating shift pattern with 12hr shift length and 14 day rotation period. Your team will work 2 shifts, followed by 2 days off, then 3 shifts, then 2 days off, then 2 shifts, followed by 3 days off every second weekend, thenrotate.
- Salary £38,000 to £44,500 dependent on experience, plus wider package including double-matched pension contribution
