Rov Superintendent

**Are you ready to dive into a dynamic role where you will lead the operation of cutting-edge ROV systems?**

We are seeking ROV Superintendent to join our team and oversee the safe and efficient execution of our underwater projects. In this role you will supervise the operation of the assigned ROV system and make sure all tasks defined in the work scope are performed according to internal and external requirements. You will ensure that all equipment and devices for the ROV system are in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations, including safety equipment. You will also make sure ROV system documentation is updated and ROV logs, reports and the quality of service is consistent and of a proper standard. ROV Superintendent will ensure that approval has been received before any permanent modifications are carried out to the ROV system and ensure such modifications are documented. If more than one ROV is in operation on the same installation you will be in overall charge of the operation and reporting. You will be expected to focus on safety of each member of the crew, and any person directly involved in the ROV operation. ROV Superintendent has responsibility to complete the tasks assigned timely and with the required quality. In this role you will act as liaison with all the vessels parties and onshore ROV department. You will participate in familiarisation and debriefing sessions prior to mobilisation/ demobilisation. Furthermore you will familiarise the crew within the scope of work, allocate tasks to the ROV team members in accordance with their experience/training. ROV Superintendent will evaluate ROV systems maintenance schedules and advise ROV Department onshore support in technical matters or procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Formal technical and/or administrative education
- Nine years of total experience from ROV operations, three as a ROV Supervisor.
- Documented Imca based competence log for ROV Supervisor
- Fluent in English verbally and in writing.
