Job Purpose

Responsible for maintaining HxGN EAM and managing maintenance schedules on and offshore.

Job Description
  1. Ensuring that the integrity of the ROV maintenance database is maintained.
  2. Ensure that ROV crews are completing the physical maintenance as well as the database records.
  3. Provide technical support on the use of the maintenance database.
  4. Supervise ROV personnel onshore and offshore on Asset Management System operation training, maintenance and certification.
  5. Responsible for setting and implementing standards for Asset Management System used throughout ROV.
  6. Manage Asset Management System functionality and performance.
  7. Ensure compliance to certification and standards requirements.
  8. Initiate and coordinate the creation, publication and implementation of up to date maintenance procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with maintenance management system.
  10. Conduct periodic vessel visits to audit systems and compliance with maintenance schedules and standards.
  11. Provide assistance and information for ROV training courses where applicable.
  12. With the assistance of the Workshop and Technical Superintendents, create periodic reports showing the fleet maintenance activities. Using this information propose future maintenance strategies to improve fleet operational performance.
You are meant for this job if:
  1. Recognised trade qualification, HNC or equivalent.
  2. Minimum of 10 years knowledge and experience of the ROV industry.
  3. Offshore survival and medical certificates.
