**What you’ll be doing**

As the EPA Quality Assurance Administrator, you will primarily support the Quality Assurance Manager by accurately reporting data for Ofqual reporting and recording data throughout the apprentice assessment process. You will also provide general administrationsupport to the EPA management team.

**A little more about the role**
- To support the Quality Assurance Manager in collating information for requests from External Quality Assurance Bodies such as The Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation (Ofqual) / National Skills Academy Rail (NSAR)
- To support the Quality Assurance Manager in collating, producing an issuing of a quarterly assessor communications
- To support the Quality Assurance Manager with collating information for internal audits, checking the EPA team are adhering to EPA policies and processes
- To organise the delivery of standardisation events, including issuing the agenda, gathering information for the presentation and taking minutes
- To organise the EPA Steering Group Meeting, including issuing the agenda, collating information for the presentation and taking minutes
- To support the EPA team in obtaining feedback from Apprentices, Providers, Employers on a regular basis
- To support the allocation of IQA Auditors to perform observations and monitoring
- To carry out administrative procedures that support organisations seeking End Point

Assessment Services including task tracking and record keeping
- To implement and set up tracking databases/spreadsheets
- To become an expert user of the online assessment system (ACE360)

**Other**
- To undertake any other duties and projects at the request of the line manager
- To comply with data protection legislation and act responsibly on matters of data disclosure both internally and to third parties
- To be familiar with the Health and Safety and Fire policies for the organisation and to attend mandatory updates where required

**A little more about what we’re looking for**
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work with mínimal supervision and act on own initiative
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Conscientious attitude with the ability to work under pressure, to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of managing complex administrative activities
- Experience of minute taking although this is not essential
- Experience of report writing
- Experience of quality assurance
- Experience of procuring and managing complex data and producing statistical reports
