This role will give someone key experience within a growing function. You will discover and learn the fundamentals of best practice merchandising, build on your foundation of analytics and reporting, and see the impact of your work immediately

We are seeking somone who has strong administrative skills, experience with using Excel such as V-Lookups, Sum Ifs, Pivot Tables and Formatting skills. This will be key as this opportunity shall be supporting the Merchandiser with key analysis, across stock and commercial insights.

**How will you make an impact?**
- Running and analysis of regular reports to highlight opportunities and risks to key stakeholders.
- Monitoring marketing campaign performance to report on how successful these were in terms of product sold.
- Partner closely with our Boutiques & international teams to monitor stock, reporting and moving stock if slower moving in locations to ensure optimal performance across their locations.
- Support the Daily stock requests that come through to the central merchandising team and facilitate these through logistics & dispatch teams to ensure product arrives at locations.
- Analyzing and reporting on day-to-day sales and stock levels across all channels.
- Provide regular and relevant feedback regarding product/inventory issues, highlight and action any relevant markdown changes.
- Partner with the merchandiser to support E-commerce merchandising across our domains.

**How will you experience success with us?**
- A desire to pursue a career within Merchandising, either completing a Merchandising qualification or substantial experience within an administrative role.
- Strong numeracy and Insights proficiency with a commercial mindset.
- Intermediate Level Excel Skills (V-Lookups, Sum Ifs, Pivot Tables and Formatting)
- An interest in retail and luxury, with a desire to learn and immerse themselves into the world of Merchandising.
- Reliable Communicator: you are good at keeping people updated about changes, and your written and verbal communication is clear and concise.
- Organised: you can orchestrate multiple activities at once to accomplish a goal, and leverage resources effectively to deliver results.
- Strong initiative and problem-solving skills. You enjoy simplifying complexity, discovering hidden answers, and finding solutions.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Retail/previous merchandising experience would be beneficial but not essential.

**The process for this opportunity would be**:
**2nd Stage - **Interview with our Merchandiser which will include a short test so we can assess your skill level with Excel.

**3rd Stage** - Interview with our Head of Domains & Operations & Merchandiser and associated HRBP for the area.
