**Search Consultancy**are delighted to be working exclusively with our client based in East Kilbride to recruit for an experienced **Customer Service Advisor** to join their well-established and stable team.

**The company**

They are a leading supplier of quality refurbished IT for both business and private consumers for over 25 years, and are an authorised supplier for some major IT companies across the globe.

Their ethos is that refurbished computers play an important role in reducing the environmental impact that e-waste can have, and they model their business to help significantly reduce e-waste to achieve sustainability for their customers.

**The role**

**Customer Service Advisor**

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers of the business, and their sister company. Your responsibility will be to work with the wider team of the business to resolve and assist with any queries or issues thatmay arise on a day-to-day basis.

Other duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Processing payments and returns
- Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve any issues as required
- Prioritising your workload to ensure that all tasks are completed within SLAs
- Monitoring and responding to reviews
- Use of internal databases (full training provided)
- General ad-hoc duties as required

In return for the above, you will receive:

- Salary of between £20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
- Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
- 20 days holiday plus public holidays
- Free onsite parking
- Pension contribution

**About you**

You will have a proven track record of working within a customer service advisor role, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a wider team. You will excellent time management and organisation skills and have a passion for deliveringexcellent customer service at all times.

You will also have:

- Proficient knowledge of working with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Problem solving skills
