Tailor Made are excited to be working with a well-established entertainment company in North Yorkshire. Due to growth, they are seeking an **Office Administrator** to join their busy team.
You will be the first point of contact and welcome and assist clients, visitors and staff, both in
person and over the telephone. To provide executive administration support, order
stationery and office supplies, maintain the company vehicles and uphold an excellent
standard of housekeeping.

**The Role**:
¨ Greeting visitors and arranging hospitality for meetings
¨ Answering and directing calls and taking messages
¨ Opening, logging and distributing incoming and outgoing mail & deliveries
¨ Monitoring vehicles sign in/out sheets
¨ Supporting in the evaluating OPQ tests for interviewees
¨ Maintaining coffee machine, kitchen and WC consumables and supplies
¨ Ordering of stamps and arranging couriers
¨ Ensuring a welcoming environment for staff and visitors
¨ Upkeep presentation and housekeeping of the Boardroom and all public and office areas
¨ Preparation of offer letters and all associated internal paperwork for UK and international Team and shipboard team
¨ Maintaining staff files, compliance and arranging reviews
¨ Issuing and updating Company Handbook
¨ Continually reviewing and improving all HR/Recruitment paperwork
¨ Stationery and office supplies monitoring and ordering
¨ Company vehicles - servicing, repairs, valet etc
¨ Overseeing and liaising with office cleaners
¨ Managing the Boardroom calendar
¨ Ensure the upkeep of the office and arrange building repairs and maintenance
¨ Arranging special occasion resources (ie staff birthdays, staff meetings etc)
¨ Assisting the Travel & Freight Manager in preparation of bookings, check-ins and all staff travel and freight related tasks
¨ Supporting internal HR in the preparation of contracts and offer letters
¨ Support to the Senior Management Team (SMT) with some PA responsibilities both of a personal and work nature
¨ Organise and schedule meetings when required
¨ Provide administration to all departments as and when workload and deadlines determines
¨ Manage the charity donations and ongoing charitable work
**About you**:
¨ Experience within an office as an Administrator, Receptionist, Manager would be beneficial
¨ Excellent planning and organisation
¨ Takes ownership of problem solving
¨ Excellent attention to detail
¨ Must be flexible to work to the business needs
