Business Support Officer, Not for profit, Hybrid working

**Client Details**
- Our client is a Not For profit organisation in based in York.
**Description**
The responsibilities of the Administrator including but are not limited to:
- Providing general administrative support.
- Providing support to the Independent Chair, Programme Director and Programme/project Managers.
- The coordination and set up of meetings across multiple stakeholders / organisations and multiple work-streams /change programmes
- Agenda setting, distribution of relevant papers and minute taking
- Maintaining and following up action logs
- Coordinating inputs into programme reporting (e.g. highlight reports)
- Coordinating information for presentations and communications as required
- Acting as a point of contact for questions/information requests, ensuring these are directed to the most appropriate member of the team
- Delivering agreed work-plan to high standard
- Undertaking mandatory training as required
**Profile**
- Previous Administration experience
- Previous experience of providing corporate and business support
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, including minute taking, action logs etc
- Experience of setting up and maintaining processes within a team
- Ability to effectively prioritise and manage own workload
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
- Ability to effectively and appropriately convey messages to a range of audiences
- Ability to produce comprehensive reports, data and letters
- Good written and verbal communication skills, and ability to tailor approach to stakeholders as appropriate
- Ability to effectively manage small time limited projects
- Well-organised and ability to work to deadlines
- Problem solving skills
- Discretion and integrity to deal appropriately with strictly confidential information
- Knowledge and understanding of cultural awareness, equal opportunities and disabilities
- Flexibility - ability to cope with changing demands
**Job Offer**
- Salary between 20,000 - 22,000 depending on experience
