**As one of our Service Desk Analysts you will be responsible for:
- **
- Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops as required
- Provide initial troubleshooting and diagnostics capabilities
- Provide initial support for onsite IT equipment
- Liaising with 2nd and 3rd line support - internal and external teams
- Assist in the handling of Major Incidents and Outages
- Carry out morning floor walks to resolve basic issues and ensure the hot desks are ready to be used
- Provide exceptional service support to the business
- Work to SLA thresholds
- Reporting faults within the helpdesk system
If you possess a combination of any of the following skills then LETS TALK
- Experience in a Customer Service or Helpdesk role with a passion for IT
- Experience on a busy IT Service Desk
- Experience supporting Microsoft Products such as M365 and Teams
- Laptop / Desktop Support (Setup, app installations, hardware issues)
- Experience with Windows Servers (File Permissions, Active Directory)
- Keen to develop a career in IT
