We are currently looking for a Commercial Coordinator to provide effective coordination and administrative support to the Commercial Team.

As a Commercial Coordinator you will be required to support the Quantity Surveyors and be responsible to help with the managing of the commercial aspects of each development. The Commercial Coordinator is also responsible for preparing quotes and tenders, reviewing basic contractual documents, and providing advice on established contracts.

Full-time or Part-time will be considered for the right Commercial coordinator.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Preparation and production of Sub-contract agreements / orders
- Preparation and submission of interim valuations / invoices
- Preparation and production of Sub-contractor payment notices for interim valuations / invoices
- Preparation and submission of Client final account
- Agreement of final accounts
- Cost value reconciliation and ongoing project reporting
- Provide general support to Commercial team as and when required

**Essential Skills / Qualifications**
- Financial experience preferred
- Manage numerous activities across a number of projects simultaneously
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be able to work to deadlines and meet targeted timeframes
- Outstanding ability to multitask with a positive “can do” attitude
- Attention to detail
