At Mercedes Benz of Lakeside, we will provide you with all the tools you need to be able to succeed as a Parts Advisor, through MB Accreditation training and constant support from management. With that, we want you to be your best self to our customers, and provide a service above and beyond what they'd expect. We will reward you with a competitive basic salary of up to £30,000, and uncapped bonus with average OTEs of £32,000. The working hours are 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 1 in 2 Saturdays, 8.30am to 12.30pm paid as Overtime.

**What you’ll bring to the role**:

- Oversee the secure issue of parts to customers and accurately record issued items.
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customer enquiries swiftly, courteously, and efficiently.
- A flair for organisation; maintaining stock, ensuring that quantities match and damages are recorded accurately.
- A safety-conscious mindset, always striving to observe the relevant Health & Safety and COSHH regulations.
