Our parts departments are very important elements of our business, and our Parts Advisors truly are the face of them.

If you are passionate about putting the customer first and you have previous experience in a Parts role then Lakeside Mercedes-Benz are looking for you

**Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification**
- Control the secure issue of stores to customers and ensure the accurate recording of issued items
- Handle customers enquires swiftly, courteously and efficiently
- Ensure the parts storage area is kept clean and tidy and safe to work in
- Maintain stock, ensuring that quantities match and damages are recorded accurately.
- Always observe all health and safety regulations and COSHH regulations.

**You must have**:

- Previous experience within the Parts department
- Good mechanical awareness or understanding of cars and parts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
