**Job Summary**
**Main Tasks**:
- Enabling pre-boarding activities such as security, OH clearances and post hire verification for all new hires
- Timely and accurate data entry for all new starters into HR system
- Produce offer letters, contracts and new starter documentation
- Create and maintain e-files for all new starters and existing staff
- Manage the probationary review process; to ensure timely completion of reviews and issuing final confirmation letter to colleagues.
- Manage the relocation tracker and liaise with colleagues as appropriate to ensure correct relocation expenses are claimed/paid
- Provide employee / tenant references in accordance with Company policy
- Benefits administration
- Request, manage and reconcile purchase orders for the HR team
- Maintain and update HR IConnect site (intranet)
- Manage absence management system (edays) and answer queries and perform annual processes such as buying/selling holiday and reporting on overtime and absence.
- Ensure clear communication paths with HR colleagues, corporate function and other supporting functions to ensure all activity relating to employees is consistent and efficient.
- Escalate HR queries to the necessary person, where required
- Support HR team where required, in tasks such as the creation and distribution of bonus, merit review and promotion letters
- Be responsive to employees HR related issues or queries
**Your skills and experience**:
- Strong administration experience ideally gained within an HR team. Any experience of supporting a recruitment administration function highly desirable.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively using strong time management skills
- A can do attitude, able to build and foster working relationships with peers and other key stakeholders in the business
- Quick to learn new processes and systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to problem solve and work proactively
