**Salary**: £55,000 plus excellent benefits including hybrid working model and fantastic company culture.
This Finance Manager role will be working within a dynamic and forward-thinking team and will provide the opportunity for the right person to eventually grow and build a finance function.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support with budgeting and cost control, including financial planning and forecasting
- Manage the finance team to ensure all functions, including sales and purchase ledgers, record keeping and cash reconciliation for daily takings (both cash and credit card payments) are maintained in the proper manner
- Set stretching, realistic, and achievable performance targets for the finance team, particularly in terms of cash collection
- Monitor and produce monthly suppliers’ payment run
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor bank position for all accounts held by the company - Produce monthly management accounts
- Implement controls around, and closely manage, the day-to-day expenditure of the company, including reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts
Key Skills & Experience:
? Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
? 3+ experience in management accounting role
? Experience of leading a team
? Experience in budgetary management and cost control
? Self-starter
? Hands on / roll sleeves up attitude
