- Develop and nurture relationships with customers
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for the region
- Develop business plans and sales forecasts
- Evaluate business results and implement counter measures to attain objectives
- Manage sales expenses
- Follow up on opportunity leads and generate sales opportunities through close association
- Proactively prospecting, systematic identification of prospects and follow up of opportunities
- Provide systematic market feedback in terms of market requirements, competition activities and competitive products
