**Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to Contract Buyer. Ensuring all order information is captured and updated daily to ensure contract records are kept up to date at all times.
- Provide weekly contract reporting to finance team
- Invoice processing
- Liaise with other departments to resolve invoice queries
- Delivery recording / follow ups
- Plant and equipment hire - weekly reconcile / reporting / follow ups.
- Assisting with organising operative accommodation as required
- Maintaining client portals ensuring all contract/operative information is logged and up to date.
- Assisting with recruiting of operatives on site
- Updating employee records with qualifications and tracking expiry dates.
- Dealing with PPE orders
- Fielding Contract / Overflow telephone enquiries (taking messages)
- Any other general day to day administrative duties.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Previous administration experience 2 years+
- Must be proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office packages particularly Outlook/Excel and Teams.
- Great organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail

**Desirable**:

- Previous experience in the Construction Industry is advantageous however not essential as full training and guidance will be given.

Pay: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
