We are an established Property Finance Brokerage specialising in Bridging, Buy to Let, Commercial Mortgages and Development finance. We are currently looking for ambitious, career driven individuals to join our amazing team based in Central London as a Trainee Property Finance Broker.

The successful applicants will need to have a good work ethic, strong communication skills and the ability to work on their own initiative, as well as part of a team.

Full training will be provided to develop the knowledge and skills required to satisfy the role and therefore, no previous experience is required.

**What the role involves**:

- Regularly communicating with brokers to explain what the company can assist them with and the benefits of using our service.
- Build ongoing relationships with brokers to understand their needs and generate new business enquiries.
- Discuss potential cases with brokers and obtain sufficient information to progress a case.
- Originate your own broker data using a multitude of platforms.
- Keeping all information updated on our CRM system.
- Training for a professional qualification optional.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious, looking to develop a successful career in an established organisation.
- Motivated, eager to learn and determined to succeed.
- Good team players with a positive mindset.
- Excellent IT/computer skills

**In return you will receive**:
£25,000 basic salary plus bonus and commission
- 25 days holiday
- Contributory Pension.
- Training to enable you to develop skills, knowledge and experience to thrive in this role.

**This is an office based role Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm, based in Central London.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
