**Duties for the Commercial Broker**
- Following on from pre-qualified leads
- Liaising with numerous lenders to find the correct loan for the customer
- Liaise with and expand out our panel of lenders
- Assisting case managers to aid case progression
- Maintain expert knowledge of the lending landscape and trends and be able to convey that expertise to clients
- Maintain accurate records and updating our crm system

**Skills required for the **Commercial Broker**
- 2 years' experience in a broker role
- Solid understanding of structuring property finance (Bridging, Development, BTL preferred)
- Comfortable charging fees
- Confident over the phone
- Drive and motivation to meet targets
- Whole of market experience
