The Role
Key responsibilities will include, but not exclusive to
- Preparation of bespoke monthly / quarterly management accounts
- Supporting the team with financial analysis, complex reporting and work on new acquisitions
- Identifying and assisting with the implementation of any process improvements
- Preparation of VAT returns
- Attend client meetings and internal meetings.
- Responsible for the development of junior staff.
- Completed or working towards a professional accounting qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Ability to work towards agreed timeframes.
- Positive attitude/outlook and flexible approach to work.
- Should have experience of preparing financial statements and accounting for transactions in accordance with IFRS and FRS 102
- Experience of working in a business culture that promotes adherence to procedures and controls.
