**We are looking for Customer Service Administrators. Are you ready for a new challenge?**

Our Customers Services Department is expanding within our rapidly fast growing online nursery. We ship in the excess of 350,000 orders annually and are seeking numerous Customer Service Administrators to join us.

This is an exciting time to join a company that has demonstrated significant growth.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager your duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Manage Customer Enquiries via our Online Support Ticket Systems and Chat Facility by demonstrating and delivering exceptional Customer Service to our customers.
- Assist with general Office Administration as required to ensure the smooth running of procedures within the Customer Service Department.
- Deal with any customer queries from initial contact to conclusion, cross-selling and up-selling where necessary.
- Rota system to cover 7 days a week in our peak periods, otherwise 6 days a week coverage during non peak periods. Shifts across Monday to Saturday non peak periods and Monday to Sunday Peak time are required.
- Shift times 08:00am to 16:30am during non peak periods and coverage from 08:00am to 20:30pm during peak periods is required.
- Times and shifts may vary depending on seasonal demand
- This is 40 hours a week role with 30 minutes lunch break, with paid overtime when required.
**The Person**
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a customer focused environment. Problem-solving in a logical, rational, and efficient manner.
- A 'can do and will do' attitude and a willingness to learn along with a passion for customer care.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential.
- A firm grasp of the English language and literacy is a must.
- Competency in typing and IT systems is a must
- Confidence to manage a demanding and complex workload, taking responsibility for all customer contact, providing an end-to-end service with the utmost consideration and respect for colleagues and customers alike; recognition of equality and diversity is essential.

In addition to the above duties, personnel may be required from time to time to undertake additional/other duties as necessary to meet the needs of Gardening Express.
